Staffing the 2010 Event |

| In order to make an event like this run smoothly we need lots of help! |
| Below you will find what we have on offer and if you want to get involved please send us an e-mail with the following: |

| Name, Date Of Birth, Scout Group, Copy of CRB Certificate, Contact Number, What you would like to do. |
| |
| We will then get back to you and organise what you doing. In exchange for you help on the night you will get into the event free of charge and get to see the show and have ago on the activities. |
| You will also be able to get free food and drinks from the catering tent. |
| We ask that all people staffing the 2010 event stay overnight and assist with the goings on on the Sunday morning too. |

| QM's |
| We need a team of people to work with the Scarefest QM and help get the tents put up and ready and to then take them down and get back to base to help unload the van and either hang the tentage if wet or put it away in our stores. |

| Activity Staff |
| To assist in the running of the activities, we need people to run the silly games and to man the entrances of the other activities to make everything run smoothly. |
| |
| Actors & Actresses |
| Fancy dressing up and being scary! We need lots and lots of people with great costumes to get involved inside our mazes, barns and woods to help add to the excitement! |
| |
| Security |
| We need people to make sure everyone is happy and to make sure everything is secure and safe, this will feature overnight patrolling and daytime guarding. |

| Scarefest is organised by a group of amazing people who give up a massive amount of time and effort to make sure the event runs smoothly on the day as well as months of planning. Please e-mail us if you feel you could join this team. |
